Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on the time and product required for your hair. For a more accurate quote, you're always welcome to book a consultation.

Haircut prices include your finish & style. Colour prices cover the colour service only, with your chosen finish & style or haircut added separately. Treatments and any additional product required will also be added where applicable.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Kitche, we really value your time, and ours too. Our cancellation policy helps us keep the salon running smoothly and gives everyone the best chance of getting the appointments they need.

DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required for all new clients and may also be required when booking selected appointments.

Your deposit goes towards the total cost of your appointment.

With more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & LATE ARRIVALS

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in your deposit being forfeited. If no deposit has been paid, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

If you arrive too late for us to complete your booked service within the remaining appointment time, this will be treated as a late cancellation and the same fee may apply.

NO-SHOWS

No-shows will be charged 50% of the missed appointment.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment in full for future appointments.
