Cutting price includes blow wave. Colour prices are just for colour application and removal, a blow wave charge will be added depending on time.

Haircuts that fall in-between 30 mins and an hour, or over an hour will be charged accordingly. All hair is dried at the end of the service.

Our goal is to make sure every appointment runs smoothly and that we can accommodate as many clients as possible.

- Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for all bookings made over the phone in salon or for new clients booking online.

Your deposit will go towards your total on the day.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be moved to your next appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited.

- Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the service booked.

No-shows may be charged 50% of the service total before any future bookings can be made.

Repeated late changes may require pre-payment for future services.

- Deposits via PayPal

When a deposit is taken for a booking, payment is made securely through PayPal.

Deposits are applied to your final balance on the day of your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be transferred to your next booking.

Cancellations made within 24 hours, or no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited.

PayPal transactions are encrypted and secure, Kitche never stores or has access to your card details directly.
